Rip Van is a sleepy little man. He nods off at the drop of a hat. Though he may have a medical condition, narcolepsy, the Twiggers don’t have medical facilities nor extensive medical staff like humans do, so he’s not likely to get a diagnosis. As long as Rip Van snuggles into protective shells or shelters, he’ll be OK.
