B.J. (Bruce John)

 

Even though he knows he shares a name with the human’s brother, B.J. would actually prefer to reverse his names and be known as John the Bruce. Some might think he’s being pompous when he says that because of the kingly connotations of Robert the Bruce. There are no royals among the Twiggers. However, Bruce means “willowlands” and B.J. really likes that. He wouldn’t want to be known as Willow, though.

B.J. is an agate hunter. His favorites are the small ones that fit into acorn caps, even though they’re still big to him. He also likes particles of sand since they look like gem stones.
